In Germany in the month of May inflation rose by 0,1% compared to the previous month and of the 0,7% in trend terms. This is the fourth consecutive increase. The harmonized figure, used as a reference by the ECB, records a growth in consumer prices of 0,7% per year.

Both in Germany and in the UK, therefore, the exit from deflation takes on more consistency while in Italy In May, Istat certified an increase of 0,1% both month-on-year and year-on-year.
