Industry 4.0: "How digital can strengthen the economic role of women"

The transformations that digitization is bringing can be a great opportunity to enhance and develop the professional role of women. Not seizing this opportunity means pushing the realization of gender equality even further away. This will be discussed at the conference organized by Global
Thinking Foundation at the Salone dei Pagamenti in Milan on November 23 from 15.00 to 17.30 entitled “Industry 4.0. How digital can strengthen the economic role of women".

Playing a role in the digital future, which is already present, also means knowing how to choose a training and an educational path that develops the necessary skills. We need to be ready to play a new role where creativity, talent and the ability to network will be increasingly important and successful if accompanied by mathematical, engineering and technological knowledge. In this meeting, the international experiences of women who are protagonists of this transformation and who strongly believe, due to their personal and professional experience, in a digital future friendly to women will be explored.
