Indonesia, Italian Mission from 6 to 8 May

The Italian mission, organized by the ICE Agency, will see the presence of 44 companies, 8 banking groups and 10 business associations and will have as its object the promotion of trade, industrial collaboration and investments between the two countries.

From 6 to 8 May next will take place the System mission, promoted by the Ministry of Economic Development and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which will lead to Jakarta, Italian entrepreneurs and bankers. The mission will have the objective of increasing business opportunities between Italy and Indonesia promoting collaboration agreements industry and investment between subjects of the two countries.

The Mission is organized within the framework of the Steering Committee for Internationalisation, byICE together with Confindustria, ABI, Unioncamere, Italy Business Network, Alliance of Italian Cooperatives, with input from all other participating institutions and with the support and preparatory work of theEmbassy of Italy in Jakarta.

The delegation will be composed of the President of the ICE Agency Richard Monti, by the President of the Technical Committee for Internationalization of Confindustria Paul Zegna, by the member of the Presidential Committee Abi Guido Rosa, by the Vice President of Unioncamere Giancarlo Cremonesi, by the Representative of RETE Imprese Italia Massimo Donda, by the Representative of the Alliance of Italian Cooperatives Antonello Ciambriello, by the Director General for the Country System of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ambassador Andrea Meloni, by the Director General for Internationalization Policies and for the Promotion of Exchanges of the Ministry of Economic Development Pietro Celli and by the Italian Ambassador in Jakarta Federico Failla.

Many sectors that will be the subject of talks, with focus on Automotive, Infrastructure (including construction and housing), Energy and Environment, Telecommunications and Industrial Machinery. In all, there will be 44 Italian companies, 8 banking groups and 10 business associations: 100 delegate participants. During the works, B2B meetings between Italian companies and Indonesian counterparts are scheduled, testifying to the highly operational nature of the initiative.
In addition to these meetings, a Seminar for the attraction of foreign investments in Italy, during which the President of the ICE Agency, Riccardo Monti, will illustrate the investment opportunities in Italy, mainly in the field of Real Estate, Merger & Acquisition of sectors in crisis to an audience made up of the twenty most important industrial entrepreneurs and representatives of the main Indonesian investment funds.
