Inclusion: 200 companies for a month of initiatives

The second edition of 22 Weeks 22 Inclusion is taking place from 4 October to 4 November, an international initiative dedicated to inclusion which this year, in Italy, involves over 200 companies, for a total of around 700 employees. On the 4w4i website it is possible to consult the program of the event and register for eight events that will be broadcast in streaming.

For the opening day of 22 October, the main event will be "Stories of inclusion" (at 12:00), during which the theme of social and economic development will be addressed, starting from company policies on inclusion. Among others, Roberto Fico, president of the Chamber, Elena Bonetti, minister for equal opportunities and the family, Salvatore Rossi, president of TIM, Laura Nurra, human resources director of American Express Italia, Ernesto Ciorra, head of innovability of Enel, and Paola Angeletti, chief operating officer of Intesa Sanpaolo.

The afternoon appointment (at 17 pm) is entitled "Equal because different" and will see the participation of the secretaries of CGIL, CISL and UIL - Maurizio Landini, Luigi Sbarra and Pierpaolo Bombardieri - who will take stock of inclusion in the world of work and on the role of the social partners.
