The businessman Luigi Bisignani was arrested in execution of a pre-trial detention order. The request came from the Naples prosecutor's office as part of the investigation into the P4.
The alleged offense would be aiding and abetting the disclosure of classified information. Enrolled in the P2 Lodge, already sentenced to three years and four months in the Enimont trial, Bisignani is involved in the Whyt Not investigation by prosecutor Luigi De Magistris.
The request for detention under house arrest was also made against the parliamentarian Alfonso Papa.
