Imu and Tasi: how to pay with the F24 model – Video tutorial

After seeing in the first two video tutorials on Imu and Tasi who has to pay e how the calculations are doneNow let's move on to the practical part. In this third FIRSTonline guide dedicated to the two tributes on the house we talk about how to pay Imu and Tasi with the F24 model. In particular, we try to clarify how to fill in the form (box by box) and what alternatives are available.

In reality, the simplest choice for paying Imu and Tasi is to delegate an intermediary such as a Caf or an accountant. However, if we want to save money, we can do it ourselves, choosing between two alternatives: the F24 model, in fact, or with a normal postal order. More or less you have to enter the same data in both, but the F24 is a little more complicated and for this reason in the video we explain in detail how to compile it. Of course we focus on the part of the module that interests us, i.e. the "Imu section and other local taxes".

The video also contains the list of tax codes to be indicated according to the property (luxury main residence and related appurtenances, second homes, shops, offices, building areas or land) and the tax we are paying (Imu or Tasi).

The F24 can be papery o telematic. Those who do not have a VAT number can choose between the two alternatives, while those who have a VAT number must use the telematic version.

The paper F24 form can be paid in cash, by check or debit card at the counter Bank, to that of Post or in one of the offices of theInland Revenue.

As far as the telematic F24 is concerned, the procedure can be completed using thehome banking of your bank, the service “Pay Online” of Poste Italiane or even the services “F24 web"and "F24 online” of the Revenue Agency (but to take advantage of the last two channels you need to be registered with Entratel or Fisconline).
