Salini continues to grow in the capital of Impregilo. The Roman construction company announced that following the purchases made on March 22, equal to 6.462.602 ordinary shares of Impregilo, of which 6 million on the block market, brought its strategic stake in the company to 25,371% of the capital with voting rights.
Salini confirms “its determination in the project to create a national champion in the global infrastructure sector, concessions and in particular large complex works, capable of more effectively competing in the reference markets, with the aim of solid and lasting value creation for all Impregilo's shareholders and stakeholders and, ultimately, to contribute to the development of our country and to employment, with special attention to training and the world of youth".
Following the news, this morning Impregilo shares opened in Piazza Affari gaining +0,4%
