Today the Impregilo shareholders' meeting is called, among other things, to approve the amendment to the Articles of Association which would give greater weight to minorities on the board of directors, due to its natural expiry next spring.

Salini he is increasingly following the Gavio group in the dispute over Impregile it. From the register of shareholders, read at the opening of the meeting, the Roman group appears to have risen to 29,234% compared to the previous share of 29,185%. The Piedmontese family, through Igli, holds 29,959%. By mid-morning, the group's share on the Stock Exchange lost about half a point.

Also unchanged is the share of the Amber fund, equal to 5,096%. McKinley, as already emerged from the Consob surveys last week, fell just below the relevant threshold of 2%.
