Impregilo: Salini reaches 29,185%

The group Salini reaches 29,185% of the capital of Impregilo, from the previous share of 25,3%. This is what emerges from the shareholders' register, read at the opening of the meeting which today will have to approve the 2011 budget. The Roman builder is thus one step away from the threshold that would make the launch of a takeover bid mandatory (30%).

The Gavio group, through Igli, instead holds 29,959% of the Italian general contractor. The other shares of the two funds were also unchanged: Amber at 5,096%, McKinley at 2,309%.

By mid-morning, Impregilo's share on the Stock Exchange gained just under two points.
