Impregilo: probable exit of Salini and entry for the French Vinci

Changes in sight in the ownership structure of Impregilo, the main Italian group in the construction sector.
One of its minority shareholders, the Salini Builders Spa which holds a share around 5%, would be on the verge of exiting the capital of the multinational.

Salini, as reported by Il Sole 24 Ore, would like to sell its stake to the French company Vinci.
"The sale to the transalpine company - according to the analysts of Equita - would not represent a problem, but rather would pave the way for a further speculative hypothesis, given the greater financial resources of the French company".

Vinci in fact, not being able to immediately acquire control over Impregilo, would exploit Salini's shares and then, subsequently, launch a takeover bid on the entire group.

At 13: 15  the Impregilo stock marks a drop of 3,28% to 2,596.
