The Milan prosecutor's office has launched an investigation into Pietro Salini, who controls the company of the same name, as well as being CEO of Impregilo, for some operations, relating to the contract for the construction of a motorway in Romania, which would have been resolved in conflict of interest.
Together with Salini are two other suspects, including Massimo Ferrari, director of Impregilo and general manager of Salini.
