Tomorrow all the shares by proxy will be allowed to vote – as reported by a note from the Roman group.

A decree is then issued ordering Impregilo and the person called tomorrow to chair the resumption of the meeting "to admit, on all the items on the agenda and on any other organizational issue that should be put to the vote in the same meeting, all the shares contributed to the solicitation of proxies".
