Learning about energy: 15 million from Fondimpresa

We complain that Italian companies are not making energy efficiency and that costs are growing. It doesn't all depend on the purchases and taxation of raw materials. However the highest in Europe. The road to improving the system also passes through training. That provided to employees - public or private - is not yet adequate. It does not meet many of the parameters necessary to obtain good performance to reduce costs and waste. And little is learned in schools. The good practices used in many countries will gradually have to enter our system. Despite some progress, the need to educate and to make people learn is widely felt. Fondimpresa, the structure set up by Confindustria and trade union organizations, has decided to step forward. It has allocated 15 million euros for courses on energy efficiency, supplementary and renewable sources, environmental sustainability.

From March 14 to June 13 next will be accepting applications for funding for learning. The development of these specialized skills goes back a long way. From basic considerations that to have results and more development you need to be prepared. Let's add that outside our home companies slowness and bureaucracy survive and we understand why Italy is not at the top of the European sector rankings. The amount of European funds obtained for public courses has not, on average, increased the knowledge of Italian workers. There are countless controversies and mismanagement of funds. It is hoped that an organization in partnership between Confindustria and the Unions will be able to do better. The training plans will, however, be shared by the companies adhering to the Fund. The structure will be intercompany with a minimum of 30 workers destined, then, to improve the production cycles of their companies.
