Real estate: an agreement between Intesa Sanpaolo Casa and Abitare Co to sell homes in areas of interest

Create new development opportunities to address the current real estate environment. It is the goal behind the new agreement between Intesa Sanpaolo Casa – real estate brokerage and brokerage company of the Banking Group – and Abitare Co – specialist in the marketing of new buildings – aimed at the exclusive sale of newly built homes in specific areas of interest.

In detail, explains the banking group in a note, Intesa Sanpaolo Casa will make its network of agencies in the city (Bologna, Brescia, Florence, Genoa, Milan, Padua, Rome, Turin) and the online agency available to Abitare Co. which oversees over 500 municipalities in Italy. Abitare Co will take care of enhancing the real estate projects, managing all the advisory phases ranging from the market analysis and project feasibility to the technical design and agency aspects.

“A lively real estate market overall and an extremely qualified demand lead us to consider new forms of collaboration,” he commented Daniel Shepherd, general manager of Intesa Sanpaolo Casa. In 2021, the residential market recorded a 34% growth in sales.

Joseph Crupi, CEO Abitare Co., states that for future growth it will be necessary “to be ready to demolish the old paradigms to look at new and more courageous value propositions. The indispensable step for modern companies concerns the cooperation of networks and ecosystems, through partnership agreements. The aim is to create value through synergies that otherwise no organization could manage independently".
