Tecnoinvestimenti, through its subsidiary Innolva, acquired Comas and Webber, two companies active in the sale of commercial and real estate information via the web, for a total value of 9,25 million, of which 0,49 paid as a deferred price over 5 years with constant payments. The transaction will be financed from internal resources.
“Through the Comas and Webber websites – reads the note – Innolva will make its products with greater added value available, such as business information, marketing lists, scoring and ratings and will invest in its own positioning, starting from this platform which boasts around 2,5 million unique visitors a year”.
The president of Tecnoinvestimenti, Enrico Salza, commented: "This operation is configured as a useful investment to strengthen our presence on the market of the Credit Information & Management BU, increasing its value for our shareholders".
According to Pier Andrea Chevallard, CEO of the group, "with this acquisition, Innolva expands its web activity through which it will be able to develop its wide range of products in a more targeted manner through a solid and well established platform".
