This is the sentence that the prosecutor of Milan Stefano Civardi has requested for Fabio Riva, accused of conspiracy and fraud, for an alleged fraud against the state to get the Riva group, through Ilva of Taranto, to obtain state contributions to encourage exports. 

The Ministry of Economic Development, which joined the trial as a civil party, has asked for damages of 120 million euros.
