Illimity has purchased non-performing loans and unlikely to pay loans for a total value of over 850 million euro. The company led by Corrado Passera communicates it through a note.
The purchase took place through four different operations, the first of which, the most impressive, was signed with Unicredit. In this case, the nominal value amounts to 700 million euros. The transaction concerns a portfolio of NPL credits made up of positions corporate secured mainly guaranteed by industrial and commercial assets.
"The additional agreements - Illimity informs - were signed with other counterparties for the purchase of NPL and UTP credits mainly corporate secured with a gross nominal value of approximately 150 million euros”.
At Piazza Affari, the Illimity share gained 0,46%, reaching 8,74 euros per share.
