Out of 9.056 opinions expressed on 9 July, the bank that web users like the most, as mentioned, is Banca Mediolanum, which boasts an average of 4,74 out of 5, and which is also first for online services. The best bank for professionalism is the Popular Bank of Bergamo, with an average of 4,7. The best in kindness, even with a full 5/5, is a small local bank, the Banca di Caraglio, Cuneese and Riviera dei Fiori. The best for convenience, however, is Fineco, with 4,66.

Bringing up the rear, as already mentioned, is Banca Popolare di Vicenza, with 3,13, which is the worst institution from all points of view, from kindness to convenience to professionalism and online services. The latest news concerning it may also have weighed on the opinions on the institute, even if the financial difficulties have not scuttled, for example, Veneto Bank, 4,55.
