Invitation, an asset management company 100% controlled by the Ministry of the Economy, has put up for sale 300 real estate units and 13 buildings, announcing that the total starting value is equal to 120 million euro.

The properties – explains the company – can be purchased by private citizens or investors, are intended for different uses (homes, shops and offices) and are found scattered among 19 Italian cities.

"The purchase procedure, described in the Regulations which can be downloaded from the dedicated section of the site, is simple, transparent and allows maximum accessibility for interested parties - explains Invimit - The award phase is managed by a notary which, in the case of two or more competing offers for the purchase of the same property, it manages an upward auction on the value offered".

The company controlled by the Treasury also explains that the sale of the properties "returns in the Public Real Estate Divestment Plan, the proceeds of which are intended for public debt reduction, also generating positive effects induced by market valuation".
