Greek Prime Minister Georges Papandreou, today in Berlin, expressed various considerations in front of a meeting of industrialists.

The Greek premier, who will meet Angela Merkel in the evening, reiterated that Greece will respect the commitments made and then ruled: "I promise you that we, the Greeks, will soon find the path of growth and wealth after this painful period".

George Papandreou went on to criticize the latest comments on Greece and the bailed out fund. He rejected the heavy criticism leveled at his country. Summarizing that Greece needs European aid and does not deserve such an attitude in its comparisons, which the premier considers frustrating given the efforts and difficulties that the Greek people are experiencing.
