Black Monday of taxes: Imu and Tares expire today

"A field day for many entrepreneurs", at least according to the CGIA. Today, in fact, is deadline day, the deadline for paying the second installment of the IMU on second homes, shops and industrial warehouses. Furthermore, in sixteen municipalities it is the last day to pay the Tares (Municipal tax on waste and services). The average disbursement will be around 399 euros, which will bring about 16 billion to the state coffers.

A bloodletting, reports the Cgia, which already began last year, when the owners of sheds paid 100% more than in the days of the ICI.

On the other hand, the balance of the mini Imu has been postponed, as established by an amendment to the stability Law. The payment, which involves 13 million Italians for an average amount between 60 and 100 euros, was deferred from 16 to 24 January, to give Cafs more time to make the calculations.
