Indirect ownership is made up as follows: 0,505% through Ina Assitalia, 4,943% through Genertellife, 0,446% through Genertel, 9,755% through Generali Vie and 2,727% through Alleanza Toro. Consob communicates it through its website, in the section dedicated to the significant shareholdings of listed companies, which reports the date of the operation as last April 4th.
On the same day JP Morgan Asset Management Holdings certified its stake in Banca Generali at 2,382%. The equity investment is held in indirect non-discretionary savings management.
