The Governor of Bankitalia Visco calls for more growth and funding for infrastructure

The Governor of the Bank of Italy Ignazio Visco commented – as he left the Marriot Hotel at a Eurofi conference – the Italian economic situation, asking for greater growth. "The component of attention to budgetary solidity is important, it must be guaranteed but obviously with all the ability to understand what one is going to finance: that is, investments are financed and current expenses are reduced". In addition, Visco also underlined the need for both national and non-national infrastructure financing.
