The FII invests 8 million euros to enter, as a minority shareholder, the share capital of ATT, a company that is among the world leaders in the field of simulated testing

After the finalization of the Farmol operation (cf. Fondo Italiano di Investimento joins Farmol SpA), the FII approved the entry into the share capital of Angelantoni Test Technologies (ATT), an operating sub-holding of the Angelantoni Industrie group of Massa Martana (Perugia) which designs and manufactures medium and high-end equipment for testing materials and mechanical systems , electrical and electronic in the aeronautical, space and automotive sectors.

The investment in equity by the FII takes the form of a subscription of a share of the company's capital equal to 8 million euro. ATT today employs 400 people with a turnover, achieved for 90% abroad, equal to 61 million euros. The Angelantoni Group, which controls ATT, has transformed over the course of its history from a "family business to a managerial reality with production activities in various advanced technology sectors, all operating at an international level".

The last decade has recorded an increase in product sales volumes due in part to a growth in activities, driven by investments in R&D, and in part to acquisition operations which have allowed ATT to become the fourth largest operator in the field of simulated testing.

The intervention of the Fund will have the purpose of supporting ATT in “a further path of growth which foresees the support of the development of R&D activities in Europe and the acquisition of other realities in Italy and abroad.

Gianluigi Angelantoni, CEO of the Group, claims that the "partnership with the FII will help strengthen and accelerate the Group's development program in the field of test machines, space simulators and environmental chambers, allowing ATT to further expand its international presence of the activities that are increasingly gaining feedback and recognition on a technological and commercial level in new markets.”
