The development decree arrives in Parliament

The so-called "development decree" makes its debut in the Budget and Finance committees of the Chamber, destined - unless armored by the Government - to be extensively revised and corrected. It is no coincidence that the rapporteur for the Finance Commission, the Lega supporter Maurizio Fugatti, premised that “we need to see if there is a willingness on the part of the Government to intervene or not. Because he – he adds – if the provision is not armored, there are important topics for discussion ”. As rapporteur, he doesn't say too much, we are only at the stage of the report on the measure. However, it does not hide what some of the topics considered "important" could be for the League: the relationship between the public administration and small and medium-sized enterprises, bureaucratic-fiscal streamlining, the relationship between the Revenue Agency and small and medium-sized enterprises (" the new rules on collection - explains Fugatti - which shorten the time for defining the procedures are causing problems for small businesses"), relations with banks.
The decree is also being examined by the Public Works and Productive Activities commissions, which will have to express themselves, for the part of their power, with an opinion. Among the measures, the tax credit for companies that invest in scientific research and for those that hire in the south, bureaucratic simplifications, surface rights for beaches, a new housing plan, the water resources supervisory agency, the electronic identity card, the modification of the usurious rate, the savings bonds for the southern economy, the three-year staff recruitment plan in schools.
