After signing the hypothesis of agreement on new contract for bank workers signed on 31 March, the secretary general Fabi, Lando Maria Sileoni, and Alessandro Profumo, President of Casl, ABI and Mps, will meet today face to face on the occasion of the 121st National Council of the FABI held in Rome, at the Ergife Palace Hotel, which will call together around 2 union leaders from the organisation.
The meeting, which will last from 28 to 30 April, aims to discuss the hypothesis of agreement on the national contract, before it is presented to the workers. Furthermore, today both the secretary Fabi Sileoni and Alessandro Profumo will speak on a very delicate issue which will be central in the coming months: possible future combinations of credit institutions. At the roundtable entitled "Banks and mergers: the national contract in defense of the category”, the economic historian Giulio Sapelli will also participate.
From next Tuesday 5 May and until Monday 15 June the hypothesis of an agreement on the new banking contract it will be submitted to the approval of the 309 sector employees during meetings that will take place throughout the country.
