The transfer market is at a turning point: here are all the plans of Juve, Roma, Milan, Inter and Napoli

Plans A and plans B. There is less than a month left until the end of the market and the time has come for the big local players to make choices, both incoming and outgoing. In fact, the latest purchases that will make up the definitive squads and, consequently, the starting grid of the championship will depend on these. To date, perhaps, only Roma can say they have almost completed the job. With the arrival of Ferreira Carrasco and possibly Darmian, the Giallorossi would conclude the transfer market well ahead of their competitors. However, the "maybe" depends on the transfers, given that someone will certainly leave the capital.

Once the Benatia case has been clarified (the defender's confirmation now seems certain), the eligible candidates are Destro and Ljajic without forgetting the desaparecido Gervinho, unhappy with the non-renewal and still distant from the group. But the Ivorian, barring sensational twists and turns, will remain and so it will have to be one of the two aforementioned, if not both, to start. However, he is little stuff compared to the problems of others. Let's take Juventus, author of a very good market up to now even without high-sounding names. Morata, Evra, Pereyra and Romulo (medical visits over the weekend) still go to reinforce an already very competitive squad, capable of winning three consecutive championships, the last one breaking every record. Yes, but what would happen if Vidal were to leave? The speeches would change because the Chilean falls to all intents and purposes in the "top player" category.

His sale would weaken the team but would bring in the beauty of 60 million, of which a large part would go on the market. Allegri would thus find himself with one less Guerrero, but perhaps also with one defender (Savic?) and one forward (Lavezzi?) more. Purchases go through sales, there's no arguing about that. Milan knows this well, for some time on the hunt for money to invest in reinforcements. After saving on the signing of Kakà, Galliani hopes to do the same with Robinho and then bring home the coveted winger. The favorites would be Cerci and Lavezzi but given the decidedly prohibitive prices, the CEO is working on many alternative tracks. Above all Joel Campbell, the Arsenal boy who stood out with Costa Rica at the World Cup, but also Adel Taarabt, never truly forgotten in the Rossoneri environment. The Moroccan seems to be the favourite: he costs much less and is not part of QPR's plans (Wenger instead explained that he wanted to focus on the Costa Rican).

However, everything depends on the transfers, as always. In fact, even Inter, despite having already bought numerous players, are waiting to know the fate of some "redundancies". Guarin and Alvarez, for example, are not included in Mazzarri's plans and the management, in all likelihood, will try to sell them until the last possible day. The operations are held back by the requests from Corso Vittorio Emanuele but also by the signings, especially that of the Colombian. All in all, Inter are already doing quite well and are therefore in no hurry to sell, but the Nerazzurri market would certainly benefit from a nice injection of fresh money. At that point Ausilio could attempt a final coup, capable of launching the team towards objectives that cannot be imagined at the moment.

Finally Naples. The Azzurri have a problem that only concerns them: the preliminary round of the Champions League. Until 26/27 August the market will necessarily be at a standstill after which, based on how things go (hopefully well!), De Laurentiis and Bigon will move accordingly. Benitez could thus have the long-awaited gifts starting with Fellaini, out of Manchester United, but also Lucas Leiva and, who knows, someone in defence. Also in this case, in short, plan A and plan B. As for everyone, without exception.
