Ibra launches the challenge and CR7 responds: Milan, Juve and Romans win

Ibra throw the challenge, CR7 he answers. The championship Sunday certifies the first place of the Rossoneri, capable of winning also in Udine (1-2) with the usual Ibrahimovic, but also the return to success of the Juventus, privateer against Spezia thanks to the return in style of Cristiano Ronaldo (1-4). The titles are these, but the sixth day brought many other things to light: the sensational defeat of Napoli against Sassuolo of reserves, Roma's success over Fiorentina (2-0), the incredible comeback victory of Lazio on the Turin field (3-4). In short, we certainly weren't bored also because the technical gestures, as often happens, were not lacking.

The first, in chronological order and beyond, is that of Ibrahimovic, a splendid bicycle kick that he delivered to the Milan a difficult game, mangy just like Gotti's Udinese. The Rossoneri didn't play as well as on other occasions, but for this very reason they can rejoice even more: great goals are achieved by going through days like this, in which you win even without shining. Ibra decided the match with the play mentioned above (83'), but he had also propitiated the 1-0 goal by serving the assist to Kessie, before De Paul find the momentary 1-1 on penalty (48', foul by Romagnoli on Pussetto).

A capital test, which must have further whetted the ego of Ronaldo, determined to return with a bang to remind all of Italy, if still needed, of his strength. Mission accomplished because the Portuguese, who had just recovered from Covid, bit the brakes on the bench until the 56th minute, watching his teammates draw against Spezia. At the opening goal by Morata (14') in fact Pobega had replied (32'), for a 1-1 that could not make the Lady happy, forced to win at all costs. But then Pirlo, dark and tight like Paratici and Nedved in the stands, decided to play the CR7 card in place of the disappointing Dybala and he repaid him after less than 3': he shot on the edge of offside, dry dribbling on Provedel and the ball in hole (59'). The 2-1 definitely unblocked Juve, who first tripled with Rabiot (67'), then signed poker again with the Portuguese, this time from the penalty spot (76').

Sunday of smiles also for the Romans, victorious against Fiorentina and Turin. The task of the yellow and red, whose superiority over the Viola appeared overwhelming, so much so that the 2-0 final is even tight. The match in fact, unlocked by Spinazzola (12') and closed by Pedro (70'), was never questioned and only a great Dragowski kept it open until the end. Fonseca's bench, unbeaten in the season if we exclude the 0-3 draw in Verona, is now back very firmly, Iachini's instead wobbles dangerously: the rumors about Sarri, who is not by chance negotiating the termination with Juve, do not they help, but the results are doing the bulk of it, far from in line with Commisso's expectations.

Crazy day instead for the Lazio, gone from the discomfort of a defeat-mockery to the jubilation of a victory grabbed in one of the craziest recoveries ever seen. In fact, in the 94th minute Torino won 3-2 thanks to goals from Bremer (19'), Belotti (24' from a penalty) and Lukic (87'), which seemed to frustrate those from Pereira (15') and Milinkovic-Savic (49'). Nothing could be more wrong, because in full stoppage time Lazio made it 3-3 with a penalty of Property (95'), but above all the sensational 4-3 with caicedo, author of a paw that sent Inzaghi into raptures and Giampaolo to hell, whose bench wobbles even more than Iachini's.

No risk in that sense for Gattuso, who is actually about to celebrate the renewal of his contract until 2023, but certain that the day just ended was not a good day for him. His Napoli, in fact, failed the final exam against the Sassuolo by De Zerbi, excellent despite the heavy absences of Caputo, Berardi and Djuricic, who seemed to condemn him almost without appeal. Instead, the black and greens have shown that they have a team game of the highest level regardless of the individuals, while the blues have not been able to do the same. And so, also thanks to some great saves by Consigli, it was the guests who celebrated, capable of conquering the San Paolo thanks to goals from Locatelli on penalty (59') e Maxime Lopez (95'), as well as taking an incredible second place in the standings alone, just two points behind Milan and ahead of Juve, Atalanta, Naples, Inter, Rome and Lazio. A show, just like this strange championship in the time of Covid: colors, support and passion are missing, goals and twists are definitely not.
