Iberdrola, the Spanish energy company, among the leaders in the production of energy from renewable sources and since 2016 present on the Italian market, launches the new offer dedicated to Italian families: it's called Ecoclick and it's one tariff dedicated to domestic users is the offer la provision of electricity 100% green and of gas with a 20% discount on the energy component, selectable on Iberdrola site until 15 January 2019. In addition to the new tariff, Iberdrola is expanding Tuttofare - the professional assistance service dedicated to its customers - with a Plus version which also includes an assistance insurance policy for household appliances.
In a note, Iberdrola also underlines the transparency operation: “It guarantees its customers a digital and completely transparent electricity bill, with no hidden costs, and an excellent customer care service, also through the possibility of a direct video chat with its operators ”, reads the press release. “Consumers are asking for clean energy, competitive prices, transparency, and easily accessible ancillary assistance services: all aspects in which Iberdrola already plays a leading role, as demonstrated by our proposals – he declared Lorenzo Costantini, Country Manager of Iberdrola in Italy –. We are very happy with what we have achieved, and with this new proposal we want to further satisfy the requests of the Italians: those of today and those of tomorrow, when with the end of the standard offer regime, subject to clear and well-defined regulatory conditions, there will be direction of providing more and more benefits for consumers”.
