The company did some research during October and November and the study highlighted the 15 most requested top positions for next year globally. In addition to the ranking relating to the most sought-after positions, Korn Ferry has also compiled a list of the sectors in which there will be the greatest demand for these figures. Among these, in first place is thehealthcare, followed by the sector of new media and social media and that represented by cyber security and risk management.
Considering all industrial sectors, the 5 most selected profiles in 2015, according to Korn Ferry specialists, will be: Chief Commercial (Revenue) Officer, Chief Innovation Officer, Chief Digital Officer, Chief Cyber Security Officer and Chief Sustainability Officer.
“These positions will be in high demand because they represent the four business trends that are driving the market: the need to increase revenue; an ever greater attention and control in matters concerning privacy and security, especially information technology; the need to create a stronger relationship with their customers,” he comments Maurizia Villa, managing director of Korn Ferry Italy.
