The highest figure is recorded in Liguria with 28,2%, the lowest in Molise with 13,98%.

According to early exit polls, the first question – which proposed the abolition of the Severino law on ineligibility for candidacy and the prohibition of holding elective offices following criminal convictions – was promoted with a percentage of favorable votes between 52% and 56%.

For second question on the limitation of pre-trial detention, yes should be between 54 and 58%.

As for the third question of this round of the referendum on justice, the one on the separation of the careers of magistrates, the votes in favor prevail by an even wider margin, between 67 and 71%.

The same percentages are also calculated for the fourth question, which concerned the evaluation of the work of the magistrates.
