“The PIRs should stimulate the development of the Aim Italia market, favoring an increase in the number of IPOs: according to our estimates, we could see at least 59 new deals by the end of 2018”. Anna Lambiase, managing director of Ir Top Consulting, told Corriere della Sera that today she published some previews of the second Aim Italia Ir Top Observatory which will be published on Wednesday in Milan.
If there really is a similar number of IPOs, the market will expand considerably, considering that AIM currently has no more than 80 companies.
“It is desirable – continues Lambiase – that a virtuous circle is generated, aimed at channeling new capital in favor of small and medium-sized entrepreneurs who, through listing on Aim Italia, aim to improve the diversification of funding sources, maintaining control of their agency".
