Agreement reached between Houlihan Lokey and Leonardo&co. for the acquisition by the American investment bank of the financial advisory activities of Leonardo&co. in Germany, the Netherlands and Spain and a minority stake relating to financial advisory activities in Italy.
As regards the activities in our country, the participation of Houlihan Lokey in the joint venture with the Leonardo&co. it will be 49%.
The corporate finance activity in Europe of the US investment bank will be supervised by Matteo Manfredi, current CEO of Leonardo & co. along with Steve Winningham, head of Houlihan Lokey's corporate finance operations in Europe.
Matteo Manfredi will also be CEO of the joint venture in Italy.
