In this season Christie's Hong Kong held three live auctions of Chinese paintings – Contemporary Chinese Ink, Classical and Modern Chinese Paintings, including the online sale of Exquisite Eye: Chinese Paintings who made a total of $67,159,303.

The best lot for sale was Play of mountain and Cloud di Liu Kuo-Sung, which made $688,950.

The top lot of the sale was Shen Zhou's Planting Bamboo, which realized $2,164,173.

Furthermore, Viewing the waterfall di Zhang Daqiang, made $8,224,496, while le correspondences to mr. Zhou Zuoren's Hu Shifang realized $765,784 for a world record auction price for the artist.
