“Despite the continuing economic crisis, in 2012 the Group was able to continue the growing trend of positive results that has characterized it since its inception – commented Tomaso Tommasi di Vignano, Hera chairman -. This will allow us to propose to the shareholders' meeting the maintenance of the same dividend as last year. Of particular significance is also the development action undertaken by the group in such a difficult year, which first of all saw the merger with AcegasAps materialize, from which we already expect a positive contribution in 2013 in terms of operating synergies”.
