The syndicate made up of 118 public shareholders (among which the municipalities of Bologna, Modena and Ravenna stand out), who hold a total of 51,3% of the share capital of the Hera Group, today filed its list for the renewal of the Board of Directors, in program for the shareholders' meeting on 27 April.
The list is made up of 11 members and sees the executive chairman Tomaso Tommasi di Vignano, the managing director Stefano Venier and the vice chairman Giovanni Basile confirmed for another three-year term.
Also reproposed Giorgia Gagliardi, Stefano Manara and Danilo Manfredi, while the proposed new entries are Giovanni Xilo, Sara Lorenzon, Marina Vignola, Aldo Luciano and Federica Seganti.
Today the share gains 0,53% in Piazza Affari against the +0,2% recorded by the Ftse Mib.
