Stefano Venier is the new CEO of Ivy. This was decided by the new board of directors of the Bolognese multiutility, which he also confirmed Tomaso Tommasi of Vignano to the presidency.

The appointments of president, vice president and CEO, according to a press release, took place "unanimously". Tomaso Tommasi di Vignano (as chairman), Giovanni Basile, Stefano Venier and Riccardo Illy were also appointed as members of the executive committee.
