Hera announces that the capital increase with option payment to the company's shareholders has been completed. All the 18.594.787 option rights not exercised at the end of the offer period and valid for the subscription of 1.093.811 newly issued Hera ordinary shares were sold at the end of the first session of the offer on the Stock Exchange.
The shares purchased are equal to approximately 1,394% of the newly issued shares, for a total value of 1.367.263,75 euros.
Taking into account the shares already subscribed in the offer under option, all 78.466.539 shares are fully subscribed, equal to 100% of the newly issued Hera ordinary shares resulting from the capital increase, for a total value of 98.083.173,75 .XNUMX euros.
As a result of the capital increase operation, the new share capital of the company will be equal to 1.421.342.617 made up of 1.421.342.617 ordinary shares with a value of 1 euro each.
