Ensuring easier and safer online payments for customers. This is the objective of the new agreements signed by the Hera Group with MyBank of Preta Sas (a subsidiary of EBA Clearing) and CBILL of the CBI consortium.
The initiative is part of the digitization process of the multi-utility's infrastructures and services and provides for the further expansion of the payment methods that can be activated, through secure, intuitive and easily usable systems from any fixed or mobile device.
MyBank allows you to make irrevocable online transfers simply and securely using your bank's internet banking service. The service guarantees real-time confirmation of payment and the speeding up of 100% automatic reconciliation processes with an annexed and further reduction of the risk of fraud.
The CBILL service, on the other hand, allows the customer to make payments through their internet banking, but also via mobile phones, ATMs and branches (list of banks on www.cbill.it), guaranteeing security for the payer, real-time reporting and complete and integrated coverage of the entire bill collection process, from issuing the notice to reconciliation.
