Hera: syndicate agreement extended for another six months

The mayor of Bologna: "We have agreed on an extension of the syndicate pact and we will use these six months to start the procedure to drop from 51% to 35%".

Hera extended the shareholders' agreement between the public shareholders for a further six months, expiring at the end of the year, giving the shareholder Municipalities time to start the procedures to reduce their shares. On the sidelines of a conference, the executive chairman of Hera, Tomaso Tommasi di Vignano, specified that “the syndicate pact needs to be renewed and the regional councils are currently working on this. Within these six months we expect a clearer regulatory framework”.

The mayor of Bologna (Municipality that leads the syndicate pact with 9,993%) echoes him, Virginio Merola: "We have agreed on an extension of the syndicate pact and we will use these six months to start the procedure to drop from 51% to 35%" .
