Ivy ended 2013 with to evaluate from 181,7 million euros, an increase of 35,2% compared to 134,4 million in 2012. The board of directors of the Bologna-based multiutility has decided to propose to the shareholders' meeting on 23 April a dividend of 9 cents per share, in line with that disbursed in the previous year.
I revenues increased by 87 million (+1,9%), going from 4,5 billion in 2012 to 4,6 billion in the same period of 2013. This value was affected by the contribution deriving from the integration with AcegasAps (+502,4 million ), which more than offset the lower revenues of Hera (-€415,5 million), mainly due to lower volumes in gas trading and sales and lower electricity sales volumes.
At the beginning of the afternoon, Hera's share on the Stock Exchange gained 0,6%, to 1,956 euro.
