The Hera group consolidates its presence in Abruzzo by winning the tender for the acquisition of 100% of Julia Servizi Più, a gas and electricity sales company 100% owned by the municipality of Giulianova (Teramo).
The price of the operation, equal to 5,387 million euro, was formulated on the basis of the economic-financial situation and the shareholders' equity reserves of Julia Servizi Più.
In 2014, the new company acquired by the Bologna-based multiutility recorded a turnover of more than 7,3 million euros.
Julia Servizi Più has about 14.700 customers distributed throughout the municipal area and in the province of Teramo, who in the future "will be able to benefit from the services and offers - reads the press release - developed by the Hera group in the management of over 2,1 million customers".
