THEcapital increase by Hera it concluded with subscriptions for 98,61% of the shares offered, equal to a value of 96,7 million euro. This was announced by the multi-service company from Bologna, specifying that 77.372.728 newly issued ordinary shares were subscribed out of a maximum of 78.466.539.
The operation was aimed at entry into the capital of Italian strategic fund, who undertook to directly subscribe all the shares deriving from the capital increase corresponding to any option rights that remained unopted following the outcome of the stock exchange offer.
At that point, the FSI, a holding controlled by Cassa depositi e prestiti, will be able to hold just under 6% of Hera's capital, with an investment of up to 100 million.
This morning in Piazza Affari the share of Hera gains 0,44%.
