Hera: shareholders' meeting approves 2021 financial statements. Dividend rises by 9%

Hera's shareholders' meeting, meeting in ordinary and extraordinary format, approved the budget 2021 which records the growth achieved last year in all the main economic and financial indicators. 

In detail, the gross operating margin rose by 9% to 1,22 billion, while the net profit pertaining to shareholders reached 333,5 million (+10,2%). There was also an increase in operating investments which, gross of capital grants, amounted to 588,7 million (+16,3%) against a net financial debt of 3,261 billion, in line with the 3,227 billion at 31 December 2020.

Hera's shareholders' meeting also approved the distribution of a dividend equal to 12 cents per share, a figure that represents a growth of 9% compared to the coupon paid last year, in line with the provisions of the Business Plan which envisages a constant increase in the dividend up to 14,5 cents per share in 2025. The coupon detachment will take place on 20 June 2022, with payment starting from 22 June 2022. The annual yield, based on the Hera share price as at 31 December 2021, is 3,3%.

Among the various resolutions passed - reports the company through a note - the shareholders' meeting also proceeded to approve a amendment of the by-laws, in compliance with the provisions contained in the new Corporate Governance Code. The 2021 Sustainability Report was also presented at the assembly.

At Piazza Affari the title Hera earns 0,37% to 3,572 euros.
