Hera at the top in the Italian utilities market

Hera wins two awards and consolidates its leadership in the Italian utilities market. Marche Multiservizi, a subsidiary of the group, wins the recognition of "top Italian utility", while Hera stands out in the ranking dedicated to education, training and human resources activities.

Hera consolidates its leadership in the Italian utilities market by winning two awards. Marche Multiservizi, controlled by the Group, was awarded the annual prize as the best Italian utility, while Hera this year won an award for the activity carried out in the field of company training and human resources.

The awards were presented this morning in Rome, as part of a conference entitled "The transformation of utilities in a changing Italy".

Marche Multiservizi operates in the management of the integrated water cycle, environmental hygiene services and methane gas distribution. It has been defined as this year's "Top Utility", awarded thanks to the "constant commitment to achieving excellent performance - reads the motivation - in all company functions and activities in the area".

Hera, on the other hand, is first in the ranking dedicated to education, training and attention to human resources activities. Overall, the Hera Group provided around 2015 thousand hours of training in 262, with no less than 31,4 hours per capita, involving 99% of personnel (including employees in the Triveneto area of ​​AcegasApsAmga and in the Marche). Data that put Hera in the top national positions, given that according to the Top Utility report, the national average stops at 14,2 hours per worker with an involvement of 76%.
