H-Farm strengthens itself in education: two acquisitions for 4,8 million

The growth process of the innovative venture incubator based in Veneto continues. The two acquisitions add to those of CELI and Little English School a few days ago

H-Farm strengthens itself in education: two acquisitions for 4,8 million

H-Farm, a company listed in the Aim segment and engaged in the development of digital transformation initiatives for companies, continues its growth process, expanding further. 

After completing the acquisitions of CELI and the Little English School (in the industry and education fields), the Italian company has announced two new operations in the education field: BigRock, first school in Italy of computer graphics, and theEnglish International School by Rosa.
The total amount of the two acquisitions is approx 4,8 million euros in total.

With the deal relating to BigRock, H-Farm increases its stake in the capital of the IT company from 30% to 99%. The value of 69% of the capital of BigRock is 2,3 million (of which 1,9 paid in cash and the remainder in H-Farm shares).
The newly acquired company, a cutting-edge reality in the 3D animation scenario in Europe, closed 2016 with a net financial position at the end of May of 0,5 million.

The second acquisition concerns 100% of the English International School of Rosà, a high prestige equivalent international school. The value of the transaction amounts to 2,5 million euro (of which 2,1 million in cash and the remainder in H-Farm shares).
