The Roman betting and lottery operator has been awarded a 10-year contract, worth an estimated $150 million, which provides for the supply of various products and technologies.

Gtech was awarded a 10-year contract with the Washington Lottery. The contract, worth an estimated $150 million, calls for the Roman betting and lottery operator to supply Washington with "a wide range of products, including a new central system, lottery terminals, self-service -service, multimedia technologies for points of sale, as well as ongoing support services”. 

The contract, which will come into effect on July 2016, 10 and includes the option for an additional 1995-year extension, is part of a long-standing partnership between Gtech and the Washington Lottery, defined by the head of Gtech Americas Jaymin B. Patel as “a major client since XNUMX”.

Thanks to this news, Gtech's stock manages to recover from the quicksand in which the Italian stock market has sunk: thanks to an increase of 0,33%, in fact, it is one of the few stocks in the Ftse Mib accompanied by a positive sign.
