Gtech: expected to supply 850 video lotteries to Oregon Lottery

Gtech, operator of lotteries and bets, signs a contractual integration with the Oregon lottery which provides for the supply of 850 Spielo Oxygen video lotteries, which will be added to the 1500 machines already insured by the contract dating back to last October. The Oregon Lottery also plans to maintain 2500 prodiGi video lotteries

“The signing of this contract addition is testament to the Oregon Lottery's satisfaction with the performance of Gtech's gaming machines in one of North America's most successful and innovative VLT markets,” said Gtech Americas Head Jaymin B. Patel.

Oxygen's 2350 terminals will allow Gtech to increase its video lottery market share in Oregon by approximately 95 percent to 4850 video lottery machines delivered to the Oregon Lottery.

But, despite this, around 17 pm the stock was substantially parity on the Stock Exchange, where it lost 0,1% to 22,90 euro.

“Among the opportunities to accelerate profit growth, we see the refinancing of the hybrid ahead of the first par call date, i.e. March 2016”, argue the Equita analysts and expect the group to achieve its 2013 targets: an adjusted ebitda of 1.061 million compared to the guidance of 1.050-1.070 which also benefited from a more favorable euro/dollar exchange rate hypothesis. For this year, Gtech's EBITDA should grow slightly to 1.079 million thanks to the development of gaming machine opportunities on international markets, the growth of international lotteries and the stability of the Italian market.
