Gtech buys 60 treasury shares

The Roman-based lottery and betting operator purchased 60 treasury shares, bringing its stake in the share capital to 1,10%.

Yesterday Gtech completed the purchase of 60.000 treasury shares for a total value of 1.102.938,00 euros, as part of the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting of last May 8, 2014 of the Roman operator of lotteries and bets. Following this transaction, the share capital held by Gtech rises to 1,10%.
