The Board of Directors of Energy Services Manager, which met this morning, provided voting indications on the appointments foreseen in the Meetings of the Energy Markets Operator and of the Single Acquirer scheduled for tomorrow. For GME, the sole shareholder indicated the names of Massimo Ricci as President, and of Rosaria Tappi and Luca Barberis, managers of the GSE, as advisers, inviting the new Board of Directors of GME to assign the office of managing director to Massimo Ricci.
For Acquirente Unico, the sole shareholder has instead indicated the names of Andrea Peruzy as President, and Vinicio Moses Vigilante and Liliana Fracassi, managers of the GSE, as advisers, inviting the new Board of AU to assign the position of managing director to Andrea Peruzy. The Boards of Directors of both companies will remain in office until the approval of the 2016 Financial Statements.
